5. GreenPower License and Agent Agreement

The applicant hereby submits a formal application for the rights to manage and operate a Battery & Lamp Rental service under GreenPower SHS Ltd, renting BattLit Lamp within your neighbourhood. As per the agreement, the BattLit Operator will be eligible to commission on a rental fee amount that may change from time to time.
The applicant agrees to use their best efforts to promote and extend the lamp rental within their neighbourhood and act with professionalism, loyalty, and due diligence. This application will become valid only upon written acceptance by GreenPower SHS Ltd and the successful payment of the initial setup fee of N30,000, of which N20,000 activation code will be provided.
